How the review worksReview
Your site tested against all 55 WCAG 2.2 A and AA criteria, on a page sample chosen with WCAG-EM, the W3C's own evaluation method. Key journeys tested with screen readers and keyboard.
Report
Each issue with the page, the criterion, what users run into and a suggested fix. Your developer can start the same day.
Retest
When your developer is done, we go back in and test every issue again with the same tools. Included in Standard, not sold as an add-on.
Statement
The Annex V information the EAA asks private companies to publish, written for your terms and conditions and delivered in written and audio form. Included in Standard.
Process
Fill in a short form with your platform, site size and languages. We confirm the scope and the exact price, and you book from there.
We test a sample of your pages with automated tools, keyboard and screen readers. Your delivery date is set when you book, not after.
You get a report your developer can work from straight away, with a suggested fix for each issue.
Once the fixes are live, we test each issue again. Then you get your accessibility statement.
Why not just a scanner
Automated scanners only catch part of the problems. Many others only show up when you use the site with a keyboard or a screen reader. When the ACM tested around 100 large Dutch webshops, telecom and energy sites in March 2026, 61% were not accessible.
From the homepage to checkout, sign-up or booking, with keyboard and screen reader.
Checked with NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack, the screen readers people actually use.
Each finding names the WCAG 2.2 criterion it fails, so nothing in the report is a matter of taste.
Issues that stop someone finishing a task come first, cosmetic ones last. Your developer knows where to start.
